Dr. Tracy Hartman
Holding certifications in coaching and intentional interim ministry, Tracy brings experience and expertise to her multifaceted roles. With an illustrious career spanning eighteen years on the faculty of the Baptist Theological Seminary at Richmond, she served as the Professor of Practical Theology, imparting knowledge in preaching, worship, field education, and leadership.
Currently, Tracy serves as an intentional interim pastor, a clergy coach in diverse settings, and a wise guide (mentor) in CBF’s Thriving Congregations initiative. With over a decade of coaching experience, she and her husband Jay call Richmond, VA, her home.
